I guess we just have to decide who we beleive since it's impossible to tell without being there.
Makes sense to me that they would be transporting office equipment across state lines inside a school bus with blankets over the window. Makes total sense. The driver probably had to take a giant shit so that's why he wasn't there.
Maybe they should audit that bus full of election machines from NV that broke down in AZ and the driver was no where to be found.
