He came out and said he's not seen fraud to over turn the election. We've all seen it? Why would he say that.

A DOJ spokesperson came out and flat out contradicted that AP story, iirc.
Further, Barr was speaking that DoJ did not possess any case that would warrant overturning the election. Which is true because these cases are being levied in the courts, thus those local and state jurisdictions. It had not, at time, gone all the way up to the federal.
