So far up to 7 states have sent in electors for trump as well as Biden. I have also heard AZ is working on certifying the Trump votes they sent in.
So this gives Trump recourse to have some sort of standing in a law suit against the states that have double electors.

Oooh. That makes sense. I've seen some back and forth on wether pence will do this.
To me Trump seems too confident for him to not know what moves will be done. This all ages to be his plan.
