Happened to me. It took a few conversations with a guy I was seeing. He listened to my concerns and then shared articles and pointed out inconsistencies with how I was feeling in comparison to what was fact. I'll forever be grateful for his leadership. He didn't have to make the effort.

Maybe it's starting to shift but maybe not. As an insider, women are craving for that leadership again.
