Thats a shitty excuse really. Thats not how the law or justice is supposed to work. If you have evidence if a crime you, especially one as serious as treason, you prosecute it to the fullest extent of the law, and likewise for exculpatory evidence. He had proof Trump was being impeached for a crime Biden committed and he did nothing.
