Not gonna matter. Their TOS clearly states that they can call it whenever they want, and whoever is percieved to be the winner at that point is who the bets are paid to.
They have based their settlement rules around this
"The cadidate that has the most projected electroral college votes won at the 2020 presidential election. Any subsequent events such as a "faithless elector" will have no effect on the settlement of this market. In the event that no Presidential candidate receives a majority of the projected electoral college votes, this market will be settled on the person chosen as president in acoordance with the procedures set out by the Twelfth amandement to the United States Constitution"
It says in that paragraph that the bet will be paid to the president as recognized by the 12th amendment process. Doesnt that process include contested electors and the President of the Senate's choices?

Why not just settle on who is inaugurated??
