electors if multiple sets are sent. This is well known amongst constitutional attorneys but we have only had a need for it twice in this nations history. In other words, we are witnessing our amazing constitution being exercised. Sit back and enjoy a Trump victory,....IF Pence doesn’t pull the ultimate backstabbing

What’s the exact procedure? We sent conflicting delegates, lawsuits try and decide the winner, if that fails, it kicks over to the House? House votes down party lines? If House can’t figure it out, the president of the Senate (Pence) decides what delegates are legitimate?

Correct, the CURRENT VP who is President of the Senate is tasked with announcing the next President. He and only he has that power.

Why? When has Pence shown himself to be a backstabbing RINO?

Not sure about that although NOT being a doomer. Someone from Trump's press team mentioned "alternate" voters, and since 1876 apparently, electors have to be certified for them to be accepted. Apparently, the point of having alternate voters is to be able to contest the election results, once, I hope, the damning report gets published this week.
