well, first the state legislators have to send two slates of electors. Sure, if the system was fully corrupt you could try to have one party always send their electors, no matter what but idk how long ppl would play along here. Then it would go to the House? And each state gets 1 vote, so you'd also have to get the majority there. I think as long as the system isn't completely cucked, you do need some sort of evidence or case to make this work.
