Hello all,
Does anyone know how much zinc should be included in a corona treatment regimen a day? I remember people mention HCQ + zinc, Vit D, Vit C
How much Zinc, Vit D, and Vit C? Will these help even without HCQ?
Any other supplements that can help without HCQ involved that you can get over the counter?
thanks
Hello all,

Zinc- 75-100 mg a day for two weeks
1000 ius of D3 a day
HCQ 200mg a day for five to ten days (ten of symptoms linger more than five)
Doxycycline Hyclate- 100 mg twice a day for ten days
Baby Aspirin - 1 a day for two to four weeks
If no HCQ, try quercetin
Drink A LOT of green tea!!
Edit: I did this very thing and was done in 14 days
You cant get HCQ take 500 mg quercitin 2x a day and 50 mg Zinc
Plus 5000 IUs of VitD and 1000(?) vit c. This along with what’s written above is a variation of the zelenko protocol,
Elemental zinc btw
zinc 50 mg once a day?
Everything above commenters said.
Do you take vitamins regularly?
If not I would recommend doing a super high dose of C, keep chewing on the tablets to the point where you feel like your going to shit yourself (yes I am being serious and no this wont hurt you)
Also, Get d3 in liquid form.
Yes
I think you probably shouldn't take advice from random pre-teens on the internet lol
You just gave advice, sock wad.
Vitamin D, C, Zinc and Potassium. Also take Natto pills, it's a japanese soybean. Just take whatever is recommended on the bottle, this is what the doctor recommended me when I had covid.
I am not a doctor and this is not advice
But the Zelenko protocol was
Hydroxychloroquine 400mg twice a day Azithromycin 500mg on day 1, followed by 250mg once daily for days 2-5 Zinc sulfate 220mg once daily for 5 days
Reduced hospitalization by like 98%?
The new protocol of Ivermectin is like 100%.
I would suggest doing both. In a pinch you can substitute another zinc ionophore (quercetin) from any local vitamin shop or grocer.
Be well.
substitute that quercetin for HCQ you mean?
My sentence was correct, but to further clarify yes - quercetin for HCQ (both of which are zinc ionophores).
I haven't gone over the Ivermectin journals or data yet, but from what I have heard it almost seems like it would knock out just about any virus quickly.
These lockdowns must end. Doubt they ever will. Communism won.
You know any adverse (major) side effects of quercetin?
I'm not a doctor, but it's a common herbal supplement.
So uh, side effect of not becoming hospitalized of COVID19?
Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Quercetin, and Zinc -- I'd be surprised if you don't kick a bug in 48 hours.
all above the counter
Quercetin (like HCQ or Ivermectin) *3 the dose indicated on packet VIT C (liposomal) 2x a day a tea spoon VIT D3 - one cap a day ZINC - one or 2 caps
Roughly should do it without looking into specifics of dosage.
Also sleep well, dont drink alcohol, cut sugar and you ll be fine
I'm not a doctor. I claim no expertise. I found this article to be interesting. YMMV https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04468139
I aM Not A Dr (like Jill Biden): go see if you can find Ivermectin at a pet store. Then go here https://www.peakprosperity.com/forum-topic/ivermectin-hcq-azith-or-doxycycline-dosage/ I have read someplace that it will help your horse
Heard good things about ivermectin.

If you think you actually have the virus, I would recommend no less than one 50mg tablet of zinc twice a day. Many people take even higher doses than that. If you’re a typical, healthy person that absorbs vitamins and nutrients as a typical, healthy person should then there’s really no reason to add HCQ on top of that. HCQ would aid in the absorption of zinc. But Yes, they well help without HCQ. Higher doses of vitamin c and vitamin d can also be taken if you believe you have the virus. Otherwise, normal doses of these on a daily basis can be taken to help prevent the virus and if you do still get it, it will shorten the length of the time you’re infected as well as lessen the severity of the symptoms. As a disclaimer, I am not a licensed professional but I am a student. If you have any more questions or concerns, you can message me where I can send you links that support what I have said and we can also discuss any health history that I will do my best to answer with the education I have and also with supporting data. Again, I’m not a professional but I’m happy to provide you with information that can steer you in the right direction. And obviously, if you’re experiencing serious symptoms you should contact someone who is a licensed professional and call 911 in an emergency. Good luck and I wish you well!
thanks for the info. So you can't injure yourself taking too much C/D/or Zinc?
You can by taking high zinc long term
but not with 50 mg twice a day for a bit?
THank you
That should be fine.
You won’t overdose and spontaneously die if that’s what you’re worried about, but if you take really high doses over a long period of time (365+ days) it can give you liver issues or cause a toxicity problem over the course of time. Like I said, if you’re a typical, healthy person then there’s no reason your body wouldn’t be able to expel the excess in your urine. Which is why I suggest a moderately high dose if you’re actually sick. Otherwise, you can take semi-high doses daily to prevent the virus or help your body fight if you did become sick. To be honest, most of us are deficient in almost every vital vitamin and nutrient. For instance, I have low iron, low b12, and low vitamin d. The list goes on for me. I take a high concentrated supplement daily because I’m so busy with work and school that I forget to eat. If my instincts are correct, then your body is probably begging for these vitamins more than the risk of you developing liver problems.
Thanks for the insight. The zinc has found on front label says Zinc 50 mg.
On back it says Zinc (as Zinc gluconate) 50 mg. % Daily Value of 455%.
Do I just take that one pill or is there a difference w/ "elemental zinc" that I need to take more to compensate? I am confused if elemental zinc is only a portion of the 50 mg, if I make sense haha
Okay, I just dug deeper and I believe I was confused on the use of the word elemental. I was reading it as if elemental zinc was it’s own special product or supplement that could be bought and then I realized what I understand to be true now. So yes, zinc supplements do have a varying levels of the element itself, which is okay. The most important thing to note is that vitamins and mineral build in your system over a period of time. For instance, people who are severely Vit D deficient take a HIGH dose capsule once a week for however long the doctor determines is necessary in order to build their levels back up.
I honestly am not educated or informed enough to weigh in on the elemental zinc vs “plain zinc” others have mentioned in the comments. I take zinc gluconate 50mg twice a day, equating to 100mg a day. I’ve never heard of zinc referred to as elemental and being different from what I understand as plain zinc which is zinc gluconate. The gluconate part isn’t very important to note. As long as you bought zinc from a store that is labeled as such then I see no reason to focus on whether it is elemental or zinc gluconate. One 50mg tablet twice a day should be sufficient unless otherwise specified by a professional who has evaluated you. Hope this helps!
Pedialite.. stay hydrated ...
Dude just rest and treat it like you would the flu with some extra zinc d3 and c. Unless you have a comorbidity you'll be fine. Legit you have an equal chance of just having the flu. Its flunseason.
You can order Quricen online. Many are using this to fight the virus. Use that and Zinc and D.
follow this protocol:

Ivermectin is the one you want to get
You can get a small dose of HCQ by drinking Schweppes' Tonic Water.
Lol. No dude. That's Quinine, and it's not the same "Tonic Water" they used to prevent malaria. The Quinine content is miniscule compared.
And Quinine in large quantities has side effects.
Except you'd have to drink so much 'tonic water' it's basically impossible to achieve a 'large quantity.'
I'll stick to my quercetin and horse medicine, tyvm.
Lol. No dude.
https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2018.01339/full
There is quinine in tonic water.
It's interesting that you're not mentioning the FDA limits Quinine content to 83mg/Liter.
Like I said, you'd have to drink buckets of the modern stuff to get the same effect as what they used in colonial india.
It's fucking retarded to tell someone to drink Seagrams to ward off the WuFlu.
It's interesting you're not a doctor.
If you're a doctor telling people to drink Seagrams you deserve the jailtime you're going to receive.
Seagrams? WTF!? Fuck off, noob.
Lol. Come on, Brainlet.
Tell me where you're going to get tonic water that has a usable amount of Quinine.
Then tell me how it does the same thing as Hydroxychlorquine because it's in the name.
Just STFU retard.
LOL. Better than nothing.
Quinine.
Also find a dr. That will give you Hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin.
Whatever you do, Do NOT let them drug you up and put you on a ventilator. My cousin was killed by this method.
