If he claimed he won (and he did) when he had 290 EVs to Trump's 232, why wouldn't he CONTINUE to claim he won now that he has 306 EVs, while Trump is still sitting at 232. (That's not a question.)
. . . .I get your point, but even Trump and his Team expected this, hence why they said Trump -STILL- hasn't formally conceded, and the legal war rages on.

Trump should NEVER concede.
The fact is that he doesn't need to because, if Biden IS certified the winner, despite the high-drama predictions of the left, Trump won't need to be escorted out of the WH; he'll leave. But he and the rest of us will know that this was a stolen, fraudulent election.
That's exactly why the media is on Trump's ass to concede when he doesn't have to. So many people voted for Trump (LEGALLY) that they think his concession would lend legitimacy to an illegitimate president.
This is NOT Shrillary Clinton being a sore loser in what was a FAIR election. This is Trump saying, and making it a matter of record, that millions of Americans' votes FOR HIM were not counted, most likely transferred to Biden, and that THEY were the ones disenfranchised in favor of a fraudulent election, about which no one in the federal government, EXCEPT TRUMP, seems to care.
