Was evidence ever allowed to be introduced in any of the lawsuits? I don't believe anyone in a court ever looked at even one of Rudy's affidavits.
Now there is a claim for his false statements being defamatory and causing damage. He opened up a whole can of worms. We didn't need it anyways but it's nice that it's going to help.
