I was wondering the same exact thing. The vote totals should be the same every single time should they not? Unless they were unable to verify votes and didn’t count them but this was just software analysis so I’m not sure why there is a discrepancy in vote total in each row

What is weight counting?
It means that a Biden vote (for example) counts as 1.25 of a vote, while a Trump vote counts as .75 of a vote.
