The Election Event Designer Log shows that Dominion ImageCast Precinct Cards were programmed with new ballot programming on 10/23/2020 and then again after the election on 11/05/2020. These system changes affect how ballots are read and tabulated, and our examination demonstrated a significant change in voter results using the two different programs.
Can you explain how that works? Did the machine recount all the ballots on each of those days, or is it adding up ballots as day passes because more ballot were coming in?
In number 3 it says they count the same votes. At least that’s what I made of it. I could very well be wrong but it sounds like the total should be consistent esp considering in that report only like a 0.000008% error rate is acceptable.
The results are non determistic. It looks like there is a time bomb in the machine and only produced faulty results during the election week.

No, it pre weighed the election, and manually reversed ballots to hit the predetermined weighing.
