The constitution exists, for the reason it shouldn't be overruled, even in time of crisis. Covid-19 isn't really that unique; we have a major crisis about every 10 to 20 years, which governments abuse fear to gain and abuse power. Most of us are old enough to remember 9-11 and the Patriot Act (which expired, BTW, partially thanks to Trump!)

Now if the US-SCOTUS can find the balls in their CROTUS maybe we can actually get some results.
