Good afternoon,

I am the Liquor Store Manager and my name is Jamal. I would like to apologize for the experience that you had on your previous shopping visit at our location. As we are working towards building relationships with our guest we also to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. We would like to express our deepest apology and ensure that the behavior of our associates are handled in a professional manner. We would like to inform you that any customers not wearing a mask for any medical related reason will be allowed to shop. We again would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please feel free to contact me as I would most certainly hope to hear from you and continue to be the local liquor store of your choice.
