Doubt this guy actually wanted to do it, probably was blackmailed with criminal threats if he didnt because they left had 0 viable candidates. He will never be president one way or another.

They probably told him they will rig the election for him, he just has to do a few rallies, and after they steal the election he is free to quit. Hes compromised, his son is compromised, and he had no choice but to listen to his masters (China) bidding.
