Techinically House elects President. Senate elects VP, IF there aren't a majority of EVs in favor of one party or the other.

Also, on Jan. 6, it's entirely not possible that GA has ANY Senator seated, which makes it 50-48R.

That isn't how it works. The vice president serves 4 years they cannot be fired or replaced they can only be impeached.
