At this point we just need to object to whatever and go full lincoln suspend the election for four years and call in the military to arrest a few hundred thousand people but I think trump is too nice a guy to save the republic.
If a state sends multiple sets of electors, then he can say the election is contested and, I believe, throw them out. And something like 7 states sent additional electors.
This is enough prevent any candidate from reaching 270.
