I think Mueller and Barr are cooperating in exchange for leniency for whatever crimes they did for the Deep State. Mueller at the end of his investigation looked like shit. Time will tell.

What would have been better for the country. If the FBI/DOJ was breaking down doors on Nov 4th, I would believe you... this is much late in the game to be a part of any strategy that I can see Barr/Durham orchestrating.
