Yea he's awesome and one of the best IMHO. Yesterday and this morning he was smoking out the CCP like crazy. Best dream possible...Trump wins this thing and in less than four years the CCP is overthrown by their own people? Didn't Trump say in a Tweet he was just trying to stop the world from destroying itself?
Yes! Got to love how Twatter automatically tags the information with "This claim about election fraud is disputed" without even being able to dispute it.
This means that they are willfully lying to help a very serious crime being committed.
Apparently he used to run 8chan, which at some point changed to 8kun, I think after some big tech fags tried to shut them down. He's basically a free speech, liberty-minded warrior at heart.
Legally, no, not as a defense. Kind of the same in Georgia when video clearly showed the inner, signed envelopes going to the shredder.
To answer your question from a legal standpoint the defendants in Trump lawsuits cannot use lost data as a defense, they must retain the records by law. However it can be used by Trump's team as spoliation of evidence thus guilty by negative inference; this is similar to being charged with accounting fraud and wiping the company hard drive "like with a cloth or something". No can do.
I am not an attorney but a scientist, so I know a bit about evidence from a technical standpoint.
It's even worse than that, because an election is a planned event with certain strict protocols (not as strict as they should be evidently). They are required by law to keep these records. So not having the records is evidence of wrongdoing on its own.
If there are no ballots there was no election. Thats their case. Machines dont matter. Hand count every vote. In GA. If there is no signature to exsmine, then the election is voided and sent to electors.
I don't think it's that high, but probably close to it and that digital adjudication is absolutely right. Why else would they insist on sharpies the day of the election?
Is there information anywhere about how many votes were manually adjudicated by state? I'd like to see that number for Michigan, Georgia, or Pennsylvania.
Landslide.
Always has been.
Trumpwave - Redwave
Ron is the best, man.
Dude has been relentless.
When does he sleep?

Digging their own grave deeper and deeper. 😎
It's obstruction of justice.
Yes. And aiding and abetting etc.
What's the backstory on this guy? See all his tweets posted here but I have no idea who he is.

Bastards
Ron is a treasure and just so happened to have resigned from 8kun on election day. no coincidences
What if the deleted the data like in Michigan? Can it be used in court then?

If they catch you at the sink furiously scrubbing a knife infront of a dead body it is circumstantial evidence.
Better to catch midstabbing, but if they cannot explain their actions then they will likely be found guilty.

TIME FOR THEM TO PROVE BIDEN WON!
The fact that we can’t even inspect ballots is fraud
These needs to start dropping so it calls into question pa and ga, and get traction with normies...
So.
When. The. Fuck. Are. People. Taking. Chopper. Rides?
Adjudicated ballots could be dragged and dropped to a candidate. Any poll worker could do this.

Need to get these machines banned in the USA . We use them in mew Hampshire also.
