Electors were slated in the States based on certified election results. Contested states have two set of electors: one set for Biden, one for Trump. The electors’ votes have not been counted, yet. In an uncontested election, things would be over. Here, there are still legal options available to change the final elector vote that happens in Congress, which is the next step.
