But every single one of those competing electors from 7 different states do.

So when disputed in the senate and sent to the SC each case would have to be individually adjudicated on merit. And more importantly the constitution.

Still need to force an audit in GA because I strongly believe there isn't a need for a run off. The republicans won fair.

The Supreme court doesn't play a roll here, its all legislative branch from here on out.

Interesting i was of the impression that if it was contested and the legislative couldn't determine then senate president makes a decision.

But if the opposing party didn't agree with the senate president they had recourse in the SC
