Obviously I don't know for sure, but I don't see why he wouldn't..... but everyone needs to remember that the report is due on the 18th. From the time the report is turned in, Trump still has 45 days to act on it. A classified plan was to be put in place 30 days after he signed the EO, and that plan would kick in after the report is turned in. So February 1st is the real deadline for the EO, but it could be sooner. We don't know when the report was finished and turned in.

There are 2 45 day limits. The report is due within 45 days of the election. Then Trump has another 45 days after the report is turned in to follow the (classified) plan that was to be set up within 30 days of the signing of the Executive Order in 2018.
I had to read it multiple times. So he may have already gotten the report turned in early, so that second 45 day clock may already be ticking...... we don't know. All we know is that he has until February 1st to follow whatever plan was created in the 30 days after the executive order was signed.
The fact that he could take down Big Tech, Traitors, and the Media in one fell swoop...... I don't see why he wouldn't.
