Have you considered running a binomial statistical analysis on the precinct/county level data as an additional indicator of fraud? Large batches of votes that skew significantly from the overall result are highly unlikely and a binomial distribution may highlight that fact.
I don't deal with statistics and possible hidden variables.

Hahahaha, amen brother! As an aerospace engineer I am much less familiar with these things. Its just that a vote count strikes as a series of boolean tests, is it this guy or that guy, and at the end of the count we know what the expected rate for any given boolean test is. For example, any flip of a coin is a 50/50 proposition, but the probability of getting 5 heads in 10 flips is only 20% while the cumulative probability of getting between 4-8 heads is 83%. Unsurprisingly, the distribution narrows substantially and the probability of getting any particular exact result goes down as the number of boolean trials goes up. Getting exactly 50,000 heads in 100,000 trials has only a 0.25% probability but getting between 49,000 - 51,000 heads has a 100% probability (to the precision of my computer).
Even if we assume that biden wins the mail in vote 80-20 in a given state, or even a given county, the probability of the michigan spike of ~145,000 votes going 96-4 is zero - my computer does not have the precision to calculate a number this small....

He works with a team of White Hats that might be able to verify/confirm and help him understand the work you've done. Some of us are trying to understand your demonstration so that we can understand what you are trying to show. I think your explanation using excel is more understandable than using a wheel.
I can't do better than 6 day live stream, averaging 14 hours per day, with full documentation in the Readme files for each spreadsheet.
All the coders, hackers, IT professionals in my channel chat understood everything and even simplied half of my scripts and column formulas.

My layman’s interpretation is that during any updated talky event, a subset of precincts are updated with fake data, and the same ratio of votes added during a phony update are seen in multiple districts at that time and potentially during a later update, and the third party candidate votes are kept in a separate pool to smooth out a district when needed. Only a small percentage of districts in the state were used for this purpose, but those that were used, were used repeatedly. The upshot of all this is that it was designed to be an undetectable means for adding votes to districts so they would appear to be accumulating at a ‘natural’ rate, while still resulting in the desired outcome.
I probably butchered that but that’s what i took away from the initial video. Apologies to ES if i got it wrong. I might have the ear of a retired admiral who has DC contacts but it would be at least 2 days before i know if he’s even alive still (90+). If you end up completely desperate i can try that route

Your Georgia data says that the algorithm only happened about 6 times in Cobb county GA. That is where the GA SOS declared a Limited signature verification Audit. Could this be why he chose that county instead of Fulton or Dekalb? maybe if Sydney and Lin Wood knew this data they could influence action in those areas...

My skillset is mathematics however, not physical forensic auditing of ballots.
I can prove "what" happened (electronically), "where" it happened (precincts names/locations) and "when" it happened (timestamps); I can't prove "who" did it, "why" they did or "how" they did with the physical ballots themselves.
I can only pray that the investigators with such knowledge go to the precincts that I identified.
I hate to say this but you won't find much traction without the "how" part. If the theory can not be practically proven, it is not much use to the legal or information war.

Reproducible results is the key. I've looked your paper. The people here upvoting you have no idea how you are using your various formulas. They are just upvoting you because they want your conclusion to be true. The same will be true of any judge or lawyer who looks at it. They will dismiss not based on how well you applied your mathematical formulas (because they have no idea what you are doing). They will dismiss based on a lack of real world application.
Have you seen the video of the Coffee Co, GA video? That is what is worth looking into on the software side. You can continue to pursue the pure math side of things like you obviously enjoy. Or you can help produce real world results as you are the only one outside of few mathematicians who understand what you are theorizing. The choice is unfortunately mutually exclusive.

It's rather clear as he explains in depth what the wheel is, how it works, how and why it applies here, and the algorithms and logic used to arrive at the wheel number. Every single step of the dozens of hours of work was watched by hundreds in live time. He was assisted, critiqued, and corrected, throughout the process. Its the opposite of vague.

Hello, I read your paper regarding the wheel. I'm not much of a mathematician but I have experience programming with modular arithmetic. It's a handy to produce (or obfuscate) patterns in data. The logic seems a bit hard to follow through excel sheets and formulas, but I think I get the gist of it.
Maybe this system would be more easy to understand as a python program. What do you think? Is it worth building a demo?
