While there is technically a chance the electors could be counted officially, you’re correct, they are not true electors. They are, however, further contesting the election.
Essentially, these will be sent to the electoral vote count on January 6th, and both the House and the Senate must decide which set of electoral votes to count. If they both agree on the Trump votes, they become official and are counted. If they disagree, the state-certified votes are counted (in these cases, for Biden). Third is environmentalism. Which has been pushed to crush our manufacturing base and require a direct wealth transfer to CHYNA.
For the past twenty years or so we've sat back and watched the left's lunacy as it just continues to drag us down a path of insanity, and now we know that it has largely been by design to do exactly that.

The scantron based testing is a way for university to lower the cost and increase profits per credit hour, but lowers the quality of education labor.

While there is technically a chance the electors could be counted officially, you’re correct, they are not true electors. They are, however, further contesting the election.
Essentially, these will be sent to the electoral vote count on January 6th, and both the House and the Senate must decide which set of electoral votes to count. If they both agree on the Trump votes, they become official and are counted. If they disagree, the state-certified votes are counted (in these cases, for Biden). If somehow the votes are de-certified before the counting, however, both sets are thrown out.
There is also a ton of misinformation going around that Pence (President of the Senate) is the sole arbiter in deciding which to count. As I said above, that falls on Congress to vote. The 1876 election’s dueling electors sparked the writing of the 12th amendment, which outlines this.
