Trumps (and his team) goal is to take down the DS and it's pieces (like CIA, CCP, Big Tech, Soros, Gates etc.) so he knew that he needs to play the a very long game. Although he is new to politics (connections to Cohen and others would of exposed him to what happens behind the curtain) he already understood the deep corruption that existed, but he still played it down, played a weak hand. He kept much of the WS staff from Obama when transitioned (why), allowed many top positions in the 3 letter agency to remain (only making small changes slowly), promoted shit people to potions knowing they will backstab (i.e Mattis, Bolton etc.). Every time he made a big move he used twitter to distract the media (i.e EO in 2018). All moves were calculated, he avoided making big moves early, like against big tech, corruption in the 2018 elections. He allowed the media to wear themselves out, exposing their lies and Bias to many. Pretended to have a falling out with Banonn for example. Always playing a weak hand as he moves his pawns. The would expose some corruption and tease info he would release via proxies many times which would get the DS all rallied up. The Biden laptop, was released too close to the elections to bypass the media blackout, was this done on purpose to only scare the opposition to ensure they win 2020 at all costs (cheat to whatever measures necessary). Cause it was crazy how the Biden laptop with supposed huge amount of info just disappeared even from Trump supporters once the elections happened, old news or it did its job for the time being. Was Barr also working in silence, keeping his investigation quiet, to allow the DS to step into the trap? This trap started on Nov.3 and has been dragging til today until the states certified their fraud. Now his counter Begins and we are in for a ride in the next 2 weeks. The counter will be all 4 years of assembling this crap, Clintons, Epstein, Weiner, Biden's, China's influence etc etc. Cause Trump is either a genius or an idiot. Cause this election fraud you could see coming for years.

Trump knows what he is doing. It's nigh-on impossible to stay abreast of his plan these days, but everyone in his inner circle has guaranteed us that he'll be inaugurated. SO, inaugurated Trump WILL BE. I just try to stay focused on the end game and tune out the noise. But it sure is hard with rapid-fire developments these days!
How does he do this? What enforcers does he use? The FBI and CIA are obama's evil corrupt people. The judge's across the country are evil and corrupt or weak. So he can't arrest anyone (FBI and CIA are corrupt) and he can't try and convict anyone (weak, corrupt judges). There's no time for trials anyway before inauguration.
So to everyone thinking what's happened since 11-3-2020 is 4D chess, how does he execute the master plan now? "Insurrection act!" Isn't an answer because it still requires what I said above. Now that the electors met certainly the military would be fractured.
The 2018 EO is about putting sanctions on foreign interferers. It doesn't have anything to do with arresting, convicting, and trying anyone. Everyone here waiting for stuff after 12-18-2020 (45 days after the election) are holding their breath for nothing.
Obviously we don't know his plans, we just have theories.
This is the final boss battle with the deep state.

I don't think the lawsuits are how he going to win. That's a distraction. If you think that, then you are going to get even more despondent.

I'm sure he a good idea what he was walking into. FBI, CIA. Obama fired a shit load of people in all positions when he took office. He could of taken more swings at the FBI and CIA at the very beginning. Why did he Activate NSAM (National Security Action mem) 55,56,57 back from JFK (that no one remembered existed) . Why is he finally making the right moves with DOD. Why defang CIA now? They are right now proving Dominion is a foreign asset and hence now this is a foreign interference situation.

Executive order 2018 which focuses on foreign interference and the power it gives POTUS to fight it (which is a lot of power). NSAM mainly 57 was something that JFK signed in 1961. In 57 JFK took all the power away from the CIA to conduct covert operations and shifted it to the DOD but it was never enacted and sat dormant. CIA being the enforcer of the DS.

I would agree that this has to have some benefit to trump. Biden will fire everyone who is favorable to trump who these agencies report to. Also, can't Biden simply undo this change Trump has made with this EO? If so, this change has to have some meaning and usefulness to Trump. I would have thought we would have seen some use of it by now though.
Yes if Biden gets into office he will undoubtedly revers all this. Well the EO is for trump to use now as he still has that power. I think we will see it enacted soon. They had to wait for them to walk in it and show clear proof that many of these judges and politicians have been taking money from China and working on their behalf. Had to wait for them to fully and undoubtedly take these actions. Hard to prove intention but not so hard to prove the crime, especially when you are expecting it. They had the money trail (payoffs) now they have the crime to.
So who is "they" in the "They had to wait..." This "they" needs to arrest and trial people because all civil agencies that do this are weak, cucked, and/or corrupt. The FBI and CIA are too. So who is "they"? Is "they" the military granted all these powers under the insurrection act? This 2018 EO does not discuss any of this or give any of these powers to Trump. I definitely agree. I believe there is a group behind Trump, but he is the face like you said. And that is what we see and understand.
He's reacting and fighting for his life. He wanted to win in election day. He wanted to win by such a large margin that they couldn't cheat. They shut the machines down and cheated anyways. Then he wanted to win in court, but SCOTUS fucked us. Now he is trying it through the legislature / process. If that fails, he can burn the entire government down and declassify everything and declare martial law. Thing is, it wasn't his long game plan to lose all of these other battles. He's just reacting.
And he wasn't smart enough to ensure that he would have poll watchers in the "problematic counties" . When Zuckerberg and others are dumping 100's of millions into control how elections were counted. He tweeted back in 2012 that
