Yes it is true that if just 1 Senator and one Rep contest it it automatically goes to a vote but for it to TRULY be contested we need to overturn 3 or more certifications by January 6th OR have them contested in a vote. Unfortunately the amazing job that GOP state legislatures have done today does not make it an automatic win for us with Pence deciding which votes to certify.

I am by no means a doomer but I just want us to stay informed and not get complacent. WE NEED TO WIN SOME COURT CASES AND MAKE SURE THAT OUR SO CALLED REPUBLICAN CONTROLLED SENATE DOES THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE! I beleive this is still possible but there is still a lot to be done!

KAG! MAGA ON FRENDS! LET'S FIGHT FOR TRUMP LIKE HE FIGHTS FOR US EVERY DAY!

I said it right there, what are you referring to specifically, frend?

He comes before anything. If he leaves out disputed States, then it goes to the next step for Rejection unless they Accept. We can win there. If they Reject, each State gets 1 vote. We should most likely win it there.

Powell has 4 cases before SCOTUS with Standing. If we get any beneficial judgements there, it gets easier.

He has no authority to "leave out disputed States." He only counts the votes that Congress approves.

Nope.

Think about what you're saying, if the VP had sole power to do that then alternate electors would be sent every election and every election would be hijacked that way

I don't think SCOTUS will give us the relief we want. The legal types I'm listening to were saying that the Texas case was the greatest gift they could have given SCOTUS if they were ever going to rule in our favor, and they spit it back in our faces.

SCOTUS did us a favor. After Trump is re-instated, other States won't be able to sue other States because they don't have standing. All they have to do at this point is rule on proof of fraud. They can't simply ignore it if we bring a case with Standing -- we have 4.

This is a stupid argument.

If a state is disregarding the constitution, then by all means should they be called out.

Let them judge the cases on their merits.

They may not ignore it, but they don't have to offer relief. And that could hurt us in other ways. They could also choose to not take the cases at all.

You are forgetting the bigly DNI report on forge in interference . That will legitimize Trump arresting individuals, seizing all dominion servers and using the evidence there to make make warrants for arrests

That's not true. There are 2 sets of Electors for disputed States. What are you attempting here?
