I believe NOW is the time for the President to put into effect the provisions of his Sept 2018 Emergency Executive Order. Hear me out... He has the alternative electors and therefore a path to victory through the electoral college, thus the possiblitly of earning the office under the rules of the Constitution, which I am positive has always been his major goal. So... now is the time to start rounding up those who interfered in the election, foreign or domestic entities. By acting now, and I mean NOW, he would surprise the dems who I'm sure, after today's surprises, are working on further tricks and surprises to deny him the office. Declare a state of emergency tomorrow, thus totally controlling the narrative and beginnig the arrests. This would also give him 37 days until Jan 20, to prove to the country that what he is doing is righteous and Constitutionally sound and in America's best interests. Your thoughts?

There's nothing to "activate" in the EO it's just putting sanctions on foreign entities that interfere with an election. Can freeze their assets too.

I think he needs the report first, then he can activate the EO. It would be really hard to activate the EO before the report is issued.
