I'll give you this, it's a decent and optimistic thought. You're right that the whole resignation is out of sync with Trump's usual approach. But I lost faith in Barr a while ago. If you're right and Barr comes back in a blaze of glory, indictments in hand, I'll be the first to stand up and cheer.
