Some blue check mark “broke” the story that he would be pardoned earlier today, then retracted, saying he got bad info from a source. This woman may have been duped by that same tweet; not sure if timing lines up.

Trump will pardon him. My thought is that it won't be announced until JA is in the US.

And Trump will probably pardon Snowden too.

Isn't JA in the US in supermax in CO right now? I thought he was already...

Last I knew, he was in Belmarsh (London) prison.

Some pastor named Mark Burns tweeted it this AM and then backpedaled saying it was an “inadvertent tweet, faulty source.” Stella Morris had retweeted him, but he deleted the initial tweet. Pretty shitty.

I hope Trump does pardon Assange, regardless.

Please pardon with time served. He has been in virtual prison for years even though he is not a hacker but a reporter. Yes the first pardon story was not verified but let this guy go even if, no because, it makes the witch's supporters furious.

Wasn't Assange wanted in some other country anyway? A pardon wouldn't do anything to set him free in that case.
