What...? Im about to look into this.

The legislature was shut down yet again by democrat majority from what I could find, Republicans said Jan 5th they'll try again...

I'm not up on my goverment numbers, but why does this seam structured to just allow the dems to just keep extending everything they want and rejecting every check & balance?
