We’re working on translating the leaked files of Chinese Communist Party members, and a file I’m running mentions members associated with SAIC (via Volkswagen, GM, ZF, and DCT).

What’s most concerning is that SAIC (if it’s the same org mentioned in the leaked file) is a Fortune 500 company that serves U.S. military branches -- U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines -- the Intelligence community, Federal Civilian Agencies (including ground transportation, NASA, and the Health Services sector (among others).

I haven’t been able to confirm if SAIC actually partners with Volkswagen, GM, ZF, and DCT, but SAIC seems like a company CCP would want to infiltrate (i.e. through the supply chain). SAIC is one-stop shop. Can anyone confirm if SAIC serves Volkswagen, GM, ZF, and DCT?

If so, SAIC could be compromised . . . which means the organizations SAIC serves could be compromised as well, including the U.S. military.
