As someone miserably living in a super liberal city, I can say that the average democrat has no fears whatsoever of Trump winning. It's not even in conversation. One big fucking echo chamber.

A conservative friend was over the other night. It was the second time I had to reassure her that Biden would never be president. I didn’t think she believed me, so I offered to bet her $500. She wouldn’t take it, so I pushed the bet to $1,000 and she still wouldn’t bite.

I think that got her to take my statement seriously.

I bet beer.

Gets the point across nicely and I give them beer anyway.

Also for favours. Doesn't matter if its big favour or small, case of beer say thanks in my circle.

I made a bet with my brother, but the winner isn't determined until inauguration day. I was specific.

Well it is because AP said so and they're the big boss of the America.

I have a leftist friend who legitimately thinks Obama got less votes than Joe because people hate Trump that much.

80
BurgerChef90 80 points ago +80 / -0

How does your friend explain Trump getting 10 million + more votes this year than 2016?

Fraud? I bet fraud, cause they always project their crimes on us.

42
DragonEnergyDick 42 points ago +42 / -0

I haven’t asked, but I assume he’d say that some people grew to like Trump but the rest hated him so much that they had high turnout.

I got mocked after showing him the impossibly high turnout in the Powell affidavits.

48
Bruno 48 points ago +48 / -0

You should show him the 17% of county wins (400 or so less than Obama). So, according to your friend, Trump was just REALLY hated in a few swing cities. Literally, that's what you'd need to believe.

25
DragonEnergyDick 25 points ago +25 / -0

Good point, but feelings over facts for him.

He’s not low IQ, and he is amazing at these sorts of mental gymnastics. I’ve found that intellectual types are great at justifying anything to themselves.

PS: Bruno is hilarious.

24
Bruno 24 points ago +24 / -0

Intelligence can be used to convince yourself of all sorts of possibilities. But, if you're intelligent and a moral being, you aren't afraid to look at things objectively. Any rational person cannot look at all the facts on the table and easily conclude that the election was handled fairly and accurately.

Bruno is my real name. =D

6
Prussian_Pepe 6 points ago +6 / -0

The fact that he values feelings over facts means his IQ is actually in question. Logical people follow facts over the feels. So it's clearly Dunning-Kruger effect. Acting smart is the closest thing he can achieve, which explains the mental gymnastics.

4
Prometheus76 4 points ago +4 / -0

High IQ can also be associated with high neuroticism and high openness, which would lead one to be smart AND emotional. It's definitely not either/or.

4
DragonEnergyDick 4 points ago +4 / -0

Eh, IQ doesn’t include common sense.

Statistically speaking, college educated people are more likely to have higher IQs than those who aren’t, yet they’re also more likely to vote blue.

4
IPMang 4 points ago +4 / -0

I think intelligence is often misunderstood.

Take a person from a village in the jungle into a city and they'll seem unintelligent, stupid even.

But take a city person to the village, and they'll seem unintelligent, stupid even.

BurgerChef90 13 points ago +13 / -0

It amazes me that leftists will say there was NO fraud, while ignoring the counties and precincts that had well over 100% turn out. Turnout of over 100% is fraud.

We rarely get 65% turnout in a lot of places.

11
MAUSGA 11 points ago +11 / -0

Even in Australia with mandatory voting and fines for not voting, percentage turnout never exceeds the high 80s.

6
Prussian_Pepe 6 points ago +6 / -0

"Math is racist". But seriously leftist are bad at math. Their brain works on "feelings" which means the logical and thusly math-understanding portion is poorly underutilized. You can't explain logic, when they "feel" they know better...

I have heard this from my hyper liberal brainwashed colleagues. And the comedy part is they can't even tell you why. Colleges are really fucking kids over.

7
Parkyr413 7 points ago +7 / -0

I really, really, really don’t understand this. I graduated with a Poli Sci degree from a SUNY institution. All I did was get more based. Maybe it was just me, but reading tons of Russian and former USSR states literature was like, “oh, Communism is as bad as everyone says it is.”

Its called television programing for a reason

"Reading tons of material." Well there's your issue. Actually reading multiple sources. Students now read the Wikipedia page.

12
Mykylo 12 points ago +12 / -0

That's the only way they can convince themselves there was no fraud and his 80 million votes were legit. I heard Geraldo Rivera say people voted Republican for local elections because of stuff like they don't want police to be defunded but they didn't vote for Trump cause he was just that bad. The mental gymnastics these people go through are amazing.

4
IPMang 4 points ago +4 / -0

One way or another..... either the truth prevails and Trump begins his second term or 1776...... nothing will stop one of those from happening.

45
trump2020voter 45 points ago +45 / -0

Yep, same observations about the left lately. None of them have a clue. They literally turned everything off on November 7th. It's the same group that felt so stressed out for four years listening to MSM about Trump.

The Communists have approached their divide and conquer strategy appropriately. But the leftists who don't even know that Americans are in a fight for their sovereignty might not even care to support other Americans. All they want is everyone to conform...I mean unite under their ideas.

ADVANCE THE LINES, PATRIOTS!!!! 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

November 7th was when the MSM declared Joe Biden as President-elect.

12
live_free 12 points ago +13 / -1

As is their constitutional duty...

8
trump2020voter 8 points ago +8 / -0

It convinced countless leftists. 🤣🤣🤣

18
Olds77 18 points ago +18 / -0

The victory only comes if they can convince us to give up and stop fighting such flagrant fraud. No one needs the MSM and they're more afraid than ever that people will unplug. Keep telling Fox and others to go fuck themselves. If they don't want to mention big news such as indisputable fraud, than what other important news will they ignore?

18
Bruno 18 points ago +18 / -0

Well, the exciting part is over to them because they believe Trump is gone. Now, it's back to a boring reality where Biden is the President and they can go back to sleep not having to think about anything. It will be just like the Obama years!

6
NewUser101 6 points ago +6 / -0

Honestly, i am more worried that rhey are letting us run out of time and do as little as possible to incite us to do something minecrafty

like, what if in jan 21st BLM becomes an authorized law enforcement agency

11
basedBlumpkin 11 points ago +11 / -0

Nobody on the right intimidates anyone. The minecraft thing is dumb. GA stole the Presidential and they're already doing the same to steal the Senate. Any pressure on anyone out there in GA? Any pressure on the judges that toss out cases without hearing evidence? Any pressure on the GOP MAJORITY legislatures that are too pussy to invoke Article II? So..is the right going to wait until Biden is inaugurated?

5
SevenThunders 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is my fear. If we are to prevail Trump must use his executive order in the next few days I believe. You can't rely on the supreme court to bail you out. This is too big for them, they like their jobs and status.

Trump will have the support of the American people if he presents the clear evidence of Chinese meddling and democrat cheating in the last election. Once a few arrests are made, there will be a domino effect.

Another idea I had would be to bring one of the creeps in for questioning, say Brad Raffensberger in Georgia. After questioning simply release him and publicly thank him for telling us everything.....

The assholes he joined up with will take a dim view of that.

4
basedBlumpkin 4 points ago +4 / -0

If we are to prevail Trump must use his executive order in the next few days I believe.

Well you'll know soon. The courts are not going to help Trump, like you said. What SCOTUS just did they would have never done to Bush or especially Obama. Purely political.

3
LessAndLessIronic 3 points ago +3 / -0

Jan 6th is when we have let all legal possibilities run their course. If the system hasn't corrected itself by then, we have a two week window to invoke the last resort.

We need leadership and organization. That is something Trump can provide literally overnight. I hope he does if it comes to that, because we don't have any other structures in place that can.

Clark County, Nevada.......zero enthusiasm for Biden, its like it didn't happen. Record dem turnout and no enthusiasm? I live in a historically black neighborhood and I have not seen one Biden sign, not one. And this is a community where displaying any Trump support will result in vandalism. Really weird, as we are suffering an economic decline of massive proportions so ya think people would be super tuned in. Nope its dead. No chatter in the stores, casinos, take out places, nothing! Fn Twilight Zone vibes.

4

Suspiciously quiet? It’s all I hear if I accidentally hear any MSM, well.... that and Covid bullshit.

I live and work in NY. My coworker actually thinks Trump is trying to steal the election. He hit me with his slogan is even muy white supremecy, I told him Trump stole it from Clinton, I heard typing then I think I broke him. I could hear the world crashing down around him.

In the netherlands Biden being officially president-elect would normally be a headline. Now it was like spot 5 or 6 and currently not even on there anymore.
