If you have relatives that are american (it would be a double if they voted in your area of europe) to perhaps have an audit or some investigation of their votes via the nearest embassy or even ask for soem sort of concern to be looked at with a possible Biden embassy (there are countless issues with a Biden presidency for many countries ESPECIALLY BRITAIN or HUNGARY / POLAND).
Just name off your concerns either as a concerned relative (only if you actually are one) or as a constituency of US alliance and diplomacy (EU/nation citizen) and you have a concern that you'd like the admin to address or rectafy.
If you were even to do this on something like a radio call (that you know europeans would call in to) in DC or anywhere prominent for people to listen to, that would go double (like if I, for instance as an American called someone like Nigel Farage or some other personality that was broadcasting I could then comment as I like).

I heard from a person on the lobbying side that calls are most effective, especially if they're constituents and that emails are often disregarded. I don't think it's unreasonable to do both since sometimes email spikes do work depending on the situation. It's low probability but it's almost free so it's worth taking. Write email to make your point clear then call to repeat the message so it's heard.

So the county clerk called a software bug a clerical error, because a clerk forgot to update the machines. This is nuts! If a previous version was so bad the machines should have never shipped with them! Updating the machines is actually illegal, because you cannot change any system within 80 days of the election.
Audit files were manually removed! This alone should invalidate the election!

When I was in college, one of my professors wanted us to understand how to effectively communicate with government officials. He brought into class someone he knew who was a lobbyist. Here's what we were told. It's assumed that most people don't bother communicating with them in any capacity, so any ideas communicated are assumed to be shared by hundreds-to-thousands of other people in that district. The relative value of these communications is snail mail > phone calls > email. Your communications are received by staffers, and the contents of many communications are tabulated for a report that the staff gives to the representative. Representatives are very concerned about how they appear in media. They pay personal attention to media local to their district, and are sensitive to their name being mentioned.
So, the communication strategy:
Your letter should be short and to the point. It should mention your representative by name, and what you are asking them to do. In my experience, it takes about 3 months to receive a response from a written letter. This is why it's important that your letter also be sent to the media, and why it's important to send the phone call, as these will be noticed more quickly.
If you have the connections to get your representative mentioned by a local televised news broadcast, in relation to what you are petitioning them to do, that would be even more effective.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what the error is. There was a massive amount of votes that were "adjudicated" incorrectly. Why was the electronic vote tabulator rejecting so many votes so that they had to be adjudicated? Was that the machine error? Was the machine involved in making the decision of adjudication or was that a human decision?
6,000 votes don't get so messed up like this without a good reason.
