Personally.. I think we were collectively way too quick to dismiss Barr. I think Barr may have played an important role here and we don't even know it. You don't find intel on the enemy if you come out and praise the good guys. You have to play your cards right, and the art of deception is everything.
I may very well be wrong, but if I'm right, we all are going to feel pretty shitty about all the Kentucky fried bullshit lol.
There are things going on here that none of us can see yet.
I liked Barr from day 1 but he never struck me as a MAGA person. His whole schtick was about the preservation of the Executive branch of government and he was rightfully pissed about the illegal spying and the ridiculous impeachment, because both harmed the executive branch, even though one of those was inflicted by the executive branch. But I was always of the opinion that it wouldn't' have mattered who sat in that chair as President, Barr would have acted in the same manner because it was about the Office, not the man. And I actually appreciated that he was putting the DOJ back into a non-partisan position, which is what it should be. But all of that goes right out the window given the way he's acted during this election. It doesn't fit with what I thought his main philosophy was because a fraudulent Presidential election is extremely damaging to the Executive branch. So, in my opinion he either truly believes that this election wasn't fraudulent, which would make him a total idiot, or there is something going on that we don't know about yet. I truly hope it's the latter but given the number of times people who I thought were sure to have Trump's back have stabbed him in it since this election, smart money would have to be on the former. If he's not a total asshat, then he and Trump have pulled off something amazing.
My comment from another thread:

Maybe that's the part that we were supposed to play.
Hey maybe so. It's hard to tell. All I know is that I am ready to do whatever Trump tells us to do.

Hey that may be true. I sure don't claim to know by any means. just my thoughts.
This is what I love about this board, people aren't 'canceled' because of their views. I am glad to have this thought process shown to me too.
