Before the military / natsoc path becomes more credible - doesn't the House have to agree to challenge and reject an election to enable them to make the electoral member swap? Ya, we can do that with the Senate no prob, but I'm 50-50 fuzzy on how that works in our favor with the House on the 6th.

There was talk earlier a single rep can challenge it - but either that's wrong or I suspect there's more to the story there.
