The short version is, the guy used to work for a restaurant and some (i think it was around 20) of the paelleras, a pan they use for cooking, got moldy. So what they do when that happens is they put it out under the docks if they are near the ocean, usually in netting, so that the salt water kills the mold.

Well, the man had put them out in the afternoon but by the time he was told to go get them towards the evening, it was high tide and he only found like, two of the paelleras and had to pay for the rest.
