The battle the whole time was convincing the legislature that there was fraud.. it was that simple the whole time. With our alternative electors in place (as hard as they made that today) all that we need is ONE congressmen to object on January 6th. There are currently 3 that have been outspoken about the fraud.. Pence as the representative of the house will then either choose his own alternative electors or pass the decision on for a congressional vote.. either way it is a trump win.. we did it
It’s not exactly that simple. I believe a congressman and a senator from the same state both have to object to their own states electors. And it would have to dip Biden below 270. That may be a separate scenario than what you’re referencing.
Pence may get both sets of electors for the states that sent them and either choose the Trump ones or just not count either, which I think is more likely. That would put Biden below 270 and it would go to the congressional vote.
Similar situations have happened before. 1876 and 1960.
Charlie Kirk did a good podcast today explaining much better than me
Totally! Its likely going to the congressional vote. Which is a trump win! Today was a big day. If the legislatures hadn't sent alternatives we wouldn't have this as an option. I'll check out the podcast, good lookin out, pede
True, but all the pieces are in place. This plan is genius and sple enough to over look.
You’ve got most of it, the mechanics at least. Once EO 13848 comes out, there will be little choice on what they can do.
Good job!
Lets do thissss!!
I'd thought the EO could be a larp or just a distraction when the real strategy was the legislature all along.. there are downsides to the EO.. world War 3 to say the least.. we wouldn't need to go that far if we just threw out the fraudulent electors. Just a thought..
Naw it gives a total mandate. If it comes out that the CCP wax manipulating the election, the political pressure will become overwhelming to throw out the due ties. It won’t even be a controversial move
There's some murkiness around the fact D controls house, R (ostensibly, since there are so many RINOs) control the senate. Also the statute is piss poor. Depending on the analysis, both chambers and disagree, and the default selection goes to Gov's choice of electors. Others say Pence has authority. I think in 1876 R's had both chambers. Having the alternate slates in place is important, but I think additional legal and political cover is necessary between now and the 6th to get across the finish line.
Agreed. It ain't over till its over and we can't stop the fight!
If the electors were not sent (they tried in MI...), then legal options going forward would be moot. Necessary step regardless; very glad it slid in under the radar (like the TX suit did as well).
Its basically all up to pence not to puss out.. but we know he wont..
I'm not sure..
Bring on the fat lady!! (I hope so)
I hope so pede. 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Rest easy, pede We made it
This election is giving me a stroke. The stress is getting to this old boy. 👌
I know me too
Seems too good to be true man. Been promised a lot that didn't turn out to be true, this seems way too easy.
High energy only, doomer DEPORT!!
Chill the fuck out we are allowed to be realistic. Hyping up nothing burgers is much worse.
Read the constitution You are confused
I know they can do it but you'll have to excuse me if I'm skeptical that they will.
Down doot!

Dommers gonna doom
So convinced not a single governor or house legislature backed these electors??
What do you mean?
None of the “dueling electors” of today has been endorsed by a governor or house legislature, meaning they are not authoritative.
I wonder why they did it then? I also wonder why MI tried so hard to keep the gop electors out.. prolly nothing lol
Because there is a slight chance they could be used like Hawaii however that’s extremely unlikely. They basically aren’t electors until a court case makes the others moot
