It seems to me that if Congress decided not to count Biden's certified electors in favor of Trump's state legislature electors, such result might very well be a purely political question which the supreme court would have no jurisdiction to hear.

Some people (COUGHSCOTUSCOUGH) will do anything to avoid doing any work during the holiday season.

Texas’s case is technically still pending and just needs to be re filed Sydney Powell has 2. Pennsylvania's case is still pending too.

With the contested Electors submitted yesterday, it looks like it's gonna be Congress. That means localised pressure is needed from all pedes.

Just because they docketed them doesn't mean they will hear them. For example, Texas was Docketed and responses were filed, but they decided not to hear the case. They said due to Texas not having standing.

There are a couple more cases docketed. I am not sure of their status.
