Fast forward to 2018. The fraud-o-meter is very expensive to operate. The Deep State used it just enough to keep the House, but not enough to win the Senate. The House didn't matter for what was needed in the plan - judicial and executive appointments, etc. It also allowed the White Hats to collect evidence and tweak their plan for 2018.
2018 - The Deep State panics because they have no idea how many voters will cast for Trump. Late in the night, the DS realizes their only hope of winning is to jam the fraud-o-meter way up - maybe to 8. The problem with turning the fraud volume up so high, like a cheap stereo system, is the distortion (fraud) becomes very "audible". Except that the distortion is flipped ballots, counterfeit ballots, lost votes, ghost votes, etc. SolarWinds back door may or may not have been of some assistance ; )
Because the trap had been laid based on 2016 and 2018 IPB (intelligence preparation of the battlefield), all of this evidence is out in the open. It has been collected via overt and covert means - legal, citizen, anons, MIL, PMC/PIC, etc. Now this captured and VERY obvious fraud (caused by turning the fraud-o-meter to 8) is being turned against the Deep State.
The Plan is extremely comprehensive and is catching everyone. Now that states have "certified", the shoplifter has left the building with merchandise in hand.
