Someone once explained to me that the Mark of the Beast will be overt and obvious. People won't be getting tricked into getting it. Not that this vaccine can't also be awful. The Mark of the Beast though will be a clear and straightforward choice of allegiance. People might get it under force through coercive means, due to hunger or survival fears, or not fully understand what it means. However for aware eyes it will be a clear and present sign of obedience or submission.
Of course this is arguable and opinion-based. I don't think it's something which can be slipped in under the auspices of another purpose or put upon someone without their intentional submission.

Seems like this applies to the DoD and its personnel, though I would wager that your employer forcing you to take it will bear some future legal consequences.
