Yep, they threatened to sue Fox, Newsmax and some other news outlets who published articles about the rigged Smartmatic and Dominion machines.

Apparently it's bad for a voter machine business if people find out that their machines doesn't work, or can easily be hacked, so instead of fixing it and prove that the problem has been fixed, they do what any good socialist does, i.e: demand censorship and try to coverup.
