Maybe we should create a place that he can frolick on and try to catch those who have chosen to end their helicopter rides early. A sort of retirement zone for him and his followers we could call it Alcatraz. The weather would be conducive to green living and it would be a relatively small area to keep them protected from the evils of the outside world. We could even send them fishing poles so they could be semi-self sufficient while they wait for their ride off.the island.
