The EO wasn't put in place until after 2018 mid-terms, we have been in a national emergency since that EO two years ago pertaining to election integrity. There hasn't been another election since then, states just certified illegal electors and Trump warned them not to multiple times. I'm sorry but this points to an obvious plan.
How would Trump and friends monitor 2016 election when they were not in a position to do so? How would he have the intel to set up the EO before the 2018 midterms?
