Also K.H. doesn't have a Senate Seat to resign, since she's not lawfully a Senator in the first place. She never applied to naturalize to become a US Citizen, and since she's broken laws; she wont get to become one now even if she applied. US v Kim 1898 doesn't apply to her. Dems are soooo screwed when both their candidates are disqualified from holding office of POTUS.
I got you fren. No worries, Pelosi will also never be POTUS; the 20th & 23rd & 25th Amendments and the 1887 Elector Count Act and other unconstitutional laws will be stricken down before that happens.
