To anybody reading this: get the IronMind Captains of Crush grip strength tools and increase your grip strength as soon as possible!
You never know when you will need to pull your wife or child or buddy out of danger. Can't do that with a weak grip.
I've been working my way up through their levels. I am about a millimeter from closing the No. 2 (195 lb) gripper. I type on a computer all day. Anybody can get a great grip strength!
I have been thinking about that. I am autistic and I would both love and hate that at the same time. But I should do it. I bet I could focus my autistic energies on becoming the best I can be!
I am slowly learning all the things I need to help my body perform at design specifications. Thank you for the suggestions! I am truly a beginner even though I am in my 30s. I have a hard time understanding workouts because my autism makes my coordination weird. I need a trainer and all the suggestions I can get. I very much appreciate yours. I will look into them.
I have been doing many body weight exercises this year and have improved dramatically. I do lots of pull-ups and chin-ups on my tree in the front yard since I don't have a pull-up bar. I can do hundreds of push-ups a day, as with squats.
I know I am dreadfully underprepared and underworked. I am making honest attempts to improve everything though and it's working.
Keep in mind this is the national average. If you were to split the people into soyfiend and normal groups then the averages would be even worse for the former.
160 here. We have a dynamometer at work. One time had a 75 year old dentist squeeze on it. Hit 164 lmao. Only fucker to ever beat me.
Old man strength is a thing I swear.
Oh, that's a shock.....
Apparently gaming and sitting on your ass, a body does not make....

I wonder how many liberal faggot millennials do deadlifts, farmer's carries or bent-over rows? Probably not many.
Another interesting trend is body temperature - which appears to be declining over time. (See e.g. https://elifesciences.org/articles/49555.pdf).
I feel called out... TO THE GYM I GO.
