How would not voting for trump have helped anything? If everyone was like you we wouldn't be able to say there are 73 million of us etc. It's not Trump's fault that he can probably list about 15 loyal people surrounding him, none of whom are in any positions of real power. But does that mean we give up on him or the country? This is what Pedes who have been around for a while mean by low energy. If you want to give up that's fine but take that energy elsewhere.

Everyone has to realize we are all on the same side. Cannibalizing each other is making things so much worse, and i see it all the time on TDW. Its also why i left the subreddit after being there since its inception. If this ever does come to armed conflict, you want to bank on as many people fighting by your side as possible. You arent going to achieve that if you keep making it seem like we are at odds for minor disagreements.
Have you ever read the rules of the forum? Literally all this is supposed to be is high energy pro Trump, by default pro America. It's not that your comments upset me, to be honest I totally agree with much of what you say. But you are missing the point. It is hard to stay positive, but it is vital. If you offer a strategy other than giving up it is welcome. But just sort of being like a low energy "doomer" is just not what we need.

Because to me this forum isnt about just being high energy. Honestly its not about being high energy at all. Yes it tends to be high energy anyways but to me thats more of a welcomed byproduct than a mandate. Mandating high energy is pretty dystopian, no?
To me The Donald has always been about having an open mind, remaining objective while refusing to have bullshit shoved down your throat.
To me its always been about having a place to go where i feel im actually welcomed for my views. We are tolerant. We are open-minded. We are optimistic but not irrational. And when the situation calls for it, which for a long time during this whole 6-year timeline it did, we are fucking out of control high energy.
But the situation is a lot different today. You cant blame people like me for having an attitude change with regards to certain things. This doesnt mean we stopped agreeing on foundational issues like gun rights, freedom of speech, capitalism, etc etc. I guarantee we would agree on the majority of relevant topics discussed today. So why ostracize me, and others who align similarly? This is literally our only place to go.
TLDR: just because not everyone here is sucking trumps weiner all the time doesnt mean you should destroy bridges with those same people youd otherwise agree with 99% of the time
