That's what Ruby was doing.. you could see every time she pulled that batch out she would turn one or two upside-down then run them back in??... I think it was CodeMonkey who discovered there is a "dial" for scanning you can turn up or down for how often the machine must adjudicate.
If you want to "adjudicate" more for Biden, just turn the dial higher.
