Let me get this right:

The error rate is preset for touch screen voting machines. The 'errors' are then put into an adjudication folder that some anon actor then corrects?

Yes. I watched a video last week where a woman circled in marks for two canidates on one ballot. It flagged the batch for adjudication, and then she could pull up all the flagged ballots in that batch.

She had so many options to "correct" the ballots it was crazy. In one demostration, she selected one of the filled in circles, highlighted it, then had the mark removed, showing a unfilled circle. She also showed that she could clear both marked votes, then select a third party candidate.

This access granted to local election officials....crazy cheating...
