Could just be 70% of all Trump votes and then they skimmed a few percentage points from Trump. They likely sent 70% of all 3rd party votes to Biden though.
I think it's the former. It just outputs X% of ballots as erroneous and then they routed the votes to Germany where it was adjudicated by someone over there. That's how I've interpreted the Michigan audit.
That provides plausible deniability to poll workers and reduces the number of people who have to be involved in the fraud.
Forgive the wall-of-text, but the pieces just started to fit together in a coherent view. Call me crazy, but it's starting to make sense. Walk with me down this path, if you will ... *
Who knows what the mail-in vote ratio actually was? If you do the math, and corrupt 70% of the vote, you can change the outcome to almost any number you want. It's just a question of how many you let slip through, how many you destroy, and how many you swap.
It's not a simple equation that you can run in reverse ... it's a behavioral process with many corrupt humans involved. Arrests would force them to squeal and turn in their bosses, but the local police are compromised also, as we just learned in MI yesterday.
Basically, the poll workers had a chance to "manually correct" up to 70% of the vote, meaning they had a chance to privately override/change as many votes as they needed. It also makes sense why it takes so damned long for them to count the last few percent in each state (seems to take longer each year). It's like they are playing poker with the remote/red counties, but the blues are using blank cards and sharpie markers.
That's why counting stopped. Dominion's "undetectable" fraud couldn't deliver against the Trump landslide. Like a garden-host against a forest fire. It can sneak away with up to 5-6% (or whatever the number is) in real-time, and we'd never notice (and haven't for years). And potentially audit proof (to some extent, as long as you use THIER "audit features"). But when the blow-out is as huge as it was (Regan/Nixonian landslide proportion), you need to keep a back-stock of votes ready to corrupt in order to flip the state. But the low-level operatives weren't trained on this, as their higher-ups drank the kool-aid of the MSM polling echo-chamber.
So when they realized Dominion couldn't deliver, they had to use the left over mail-in ballots as back-up ammunition. That why they stopped counting. They over-shot and were desperate. That's why they suddenly locked everyone out. They had to change their tactics. Instead of only intervening occasionally, they started re-writing every vote (via adjudication) as the Mail-In was way more Trump than they planned, and then re-running already scanned votes, which forced them to make up voters on the fly (drastically inflating turn-out to ridiculous and unbelievable numbers). This latter part only worked if they could get the observers out.
It also explains why several states hung at "6% remaining" for days for so long, and these states used the same number (and then later 2%, etc). This systemic-behavior consistently spread across unique groupings of humans is behavior indicative of machines, not humans. Which is yet another indication of fraud (i.e. I seriously doubt the state voting population is spread in a manner that causes the exact same 6% delay), and is a spot-light on where to look. I also wonder if the military started intervening and messing with the flip-on-transmission from the county office to the state office that they where using (HAMMER?) to corrupt the remote counties. If so, this seems to be what pressured the Democrats to activate more and more back-up plans. It's almost like a few sub-steps went well so the cheaters got complacent, but then something caught them off-guard, and forcing the cheaters to take actions that were more detectible ... and prosecutable ...
Additionally, either said values are the "blow-out default" fail-safes, or it's related to the size of the land-slide proportion. I'm not saying Trump only won by 6%. I'm saying he broke their system by 6%, even with all the different forms of cheating. Makes you think that the "suitcases full of ballots" was Plan F (or Plan X).
Think about it. When pressured, NC kept saying "We know the uncounted votes are out there, we just don't know where", which is really fucked up. And then the state eventually went to Trump despite MSM's best efforts. I think they accidentally counted the Mail-In vote too fast, and didn't leave enough uncounted votes to "adjudicate" and flip (to cancel any late-arriving ballots from remote districts).
PA probably made that same mistake, but Wolfe made some huge public promises, so his ass is seriously on the line. He was forced to do whatever he had to to claw it back ... which is where the injection of 1million fake mail-in ballots comes in. They didn't stop counting soon enough and couldn't un-count, so he had to dump more in to bring Biden up.
The problem is, as they moved from Plan A, to B, to C, to D ... each time they stepped down on the list, they used riskier and riskier forms of corruption which are easier and easier to detect and catch. And utilized more and more of the Swamp's resources, tainting/identifying a greater and greater percentage of those that must be "purged".
